There, Their or They're?

There refers to a location or point.
Example: “Look over there.”
Or: “There is an issue with the sentence.”

Their shows possession.
Example: “Their grammar is perfect.”
Or: “Their confusion is understandable.”

They're is a contraction of "they are".
Example: “They're going to love this explanation.”
Or: “They're learning fast.”
